  • Most remarkable person: Mike Fesi, II, former candidate for the parish presidency of Terrebonne








  • Most remarkable news: the credit crunch and the fact that banks have written down @ $70 Billion in financial losses since the start of the 3rd Quarter








  • Most remarkable musician: Pitbull








  • Most remarkable movie: The Transformers (2007)








And as honorable mention--most remarkable moment of television: the series conclusion of the Sopranos
